It all started on Monday the 4th. After work and the kids got home from school we took off to Idaho Falls for my nieces wedding. We drove Brad's parents so it turned into a three day trip. We got to Idaho Falls that evening and got settled into the hotel. The kids had fun swimming.
Then next morning we got up and got ready for the wedding. We had to be to the temple by 11:00 a.m. It was a very nice ceremony. Britney and Blake seemed very happy. The marriage was performed by Elder Groberg. After the ceremony we went outside for photos. The weather was perfect. We could not have asked for better. After the photos we went to Garcia's for the luncheon. Of course, it was Cinco De Mayo. We went back to the hotel for some rest before the reception. The reception was amazing. It was held in an old church that had been restored from the early 1900's. The kids had a blast because of all the hidden passages. There was a bell tower hidden behind the bookshelves. It was way fun. They also had the biggest chocolate fountain I have ever seen. It was a very nice day!The next day we got up, had breakfast and prepared to go home. We decided to go see the Titanic exhibit that was in town before we took off. It was really cool. It is amazing how they can preserve everything and make you feel like you were really there. After that we decided to head home. It took forever!. We stopped in Brigham City and had a late lunch/early dinner at Maddox. (Brad's Mom's favorite place) Then we were off again. We got home later that evening. We were exhausted. The rest of the week was spent getting ready for Mother's Day. We did lots and lots of yard work and visiting with family members. It was nice but way to busy. It is time to relax. Hope you all had a great Mother's Day and all is well.
